Building a better world together
1. Great people, challenging industry
Enterprise Account Executive
It's a great place to work because of the people that surround me here. While working really hard to be successful is certainly a requisite, there is an understanding within the team I am on that people come before results.
Having started from the very bottom at the company, I can attest that you do have to grind your way through the entry level roles, but if you work hard and have a genuine curiosity upper leaders really take notice and take care of you long term.
2. I loved working at Sprinklr
Senior Designer (Former Employee)
Really. My team and office were so eclectic and diverse. We really enjoyed spending time with each other and working on difficult tasks. The ability to interact with sales, developers, clients, managers, VPs, etc., and be treated respectfully, made working there a wonderful opportunity.
I would love to go back to Sprinklr if the opportunity arises.
3. Join here if you want to sell your soul for some money!!
Lead Product Engineer (Current Employee)
To begin with, there is absolutely no concept of a work schedule. If you're a developer, you'd be working pretty much 24X7 in most teams. Money part was attractive at some point, but slowly even that has been on a decline.
If you join as a fresher, you'll end up learning a lot over a span of 1.5 to 2 years. However, thereafter, just be prepared to face the most toxic culture one could imagine. Here at Sprinklr, the ELTs & SLTs think that you can throw money at a problem to resolve it. There is absolutely no empathy from most people in leadership. It is a complete one-man show in the organisation......the name is obvious of course.
The CEO absolutely has no say it feels like, which is comical to me. The toughest thing about working here is to face the toxic work culture & worst work-life balance; at least in dev team. Be prepared to get calls in the wee hours all the time. If you do end up joining, make sure you keep preparing and leave by the end of 2 years. Thereafter, you just wouldn't even have enough time to prepare ever.
The only thing that helped is the amount of learning & smart folks around.
Pros
As a fresher, immense learning, decently high pay
Cons
Toxic work culture, no work life balance
However, here are some things that employees typically consider as the best part of working at a company:
- A positive and supportive work environment: A company that values its employees and creates a positive and inclusive culture can make the work experience enjoyable and fulfilling.
- Opportunities for growth and development: Companies that provide opportunities for employees to learn and grow can be appealing to job seekers.
- Competitive compensation and benefits: Companies that offer competitive salaries and benefits can be attractive to job seekers.
- Work-life balance: Companies that understand the importance of work-life balance and provide flexible work arrangements can be appealing to employees.
- A sense of purpose: Companies that have a clear mission and values that align with an employee's personal values can make the work experience more meaningful.
- Collaborative and diverse team: Companies that have a diverse and collaborative team could be a great place to work.
- Technology focus: Companies that are in the forefront of technology and have a strong R&D program could be a great place to work.
